Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Respond to compliance reports, investigations, concerns, and inquiries.
- Support the Institutional Compliance program to ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
- Develop, track, and coordinate compliance training programs.
- Maintain records and documentation of compliance activities.
- Investigate and report allegations of noncompliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams for risk management and compliance initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Effective communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Data analysis capabilities in Excel.
Required Experiences:
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in compliance, legal, or audit.
- No experience required with an advanced degree (JD, MBA, or MPA) preferred.
