Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Provide specialist virtual desktop technical capability and support within the Workplace Virtualisation team.
- Manage Citrix environment as ‘Level 3’ operational support.
- Collaborate with Architects and Security teams to ensure high standards for solutions.
- Research and develop innovative solutions and technologies for efficiencies.
Required Skills
- Technical leadership and performance enhancement in project environments.
- Strategic understanding of Virtual Desktop technologies.
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively across diverse audiences.
- Solution design expertise, particularly in Virtual Workplace environments.
Required Experiences
- Proven experience in a project environment and technical leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Citrix technologies and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
- Experience liaising with 3rd party suppliers and customers, including technical documentation.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and management of technology vendors.
