Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Oversee and implement healthcare quality improvement initiatives and education programs.
- Conduct data collection, reporting, and monitoring for key performance metrics.
- Lead quality improvement activities and meetings across departments.
- Write reports interpreting regulatory specifications and documenting findings.
- Ensure timely completion of quality activities and evaluate project improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong business writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Visio.
- Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Quality/HEDIS).
Required Experiences
- Minimum 3 years in healthcare, including 1 year in health plan quality improvement.
- Experience in Medicare and Medicaid preferred.
