Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Provide comprehensive risk management support to assigned business unit(s).
- Maintain compliance with risk program requirements (e.g., SOX, RCSA, FRRC, ECRA).
- Identify financial reporting, operational, and compliance risks; develop mitigating controls.
- Facilitate audits and ensure compliance with policies; complete annual control self-assessments.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations in financial services.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Effective relationship building and negotiation skills.
Required Experiences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Over six years of applicable experience.
- Relevant professional certifications preferred.
