Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Manage and assess classification and jurisdiction under ITAR and EAR.
- Review program proposals, contracts, and recommend licensing/compliance requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for trade licensing and compliance support.
- Train staff on export/import regulations and compliance.
- Prepare and modify export license applications and agreements.
Required Skills
- Proficient in trade regulations (ITAR, EAR).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of DECCs and SNAP-R licensing systems.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to act as a consultant and trusted advisor.
Required Experiences
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ITAR and EAR compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Preferred 6 years of experience as an export coordinator.
- Eligibility for a Secret level security clearance.
