Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Lead, guide, and advise on high voltage transmission line projects.
- Manage and execute engineering and design components.
- Develop and implement project execution plans.
- Mentor and supervise project engineers and other staff.
- Support technical aspects of project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate and lead QA/QC processes.
- Lead multiple projects concurrently and participate in project reviews.
- Contribute to technical papers and presentations.
Required Skills:
- Civil Engineering degree
- 10+ years of transmission line engineering
- PLS-CADD proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Required Experiences:
- Electric utility and renewables industry experience
- Transmission line design and construction support
- Siting/routing and environmental permitting exposure
