Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads acquisition programs across various campaign types.
- Monitor budget pacing and optimize for sales pipeline and ROAS goals.
- Identify improvement opportunities and design A/B experiments.
- Maintain account quality through competitor analysis and keyword scoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance campaign management and testing efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Performance marketing expertise, particularly in paid search.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Ability to analyze performance using spreadsheets and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Required Experience:
- 4+ years in performance marketing, focusing on B2B paid search.
- Managing programs with at least $250K monthly investment.
- Experience with upper- and mid-funnel Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience in designing and measuring A/B experiments.
- Familiarity with educational industry or clients.
