Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Partner with Product Manager to identify product opportunities through user research.
- Plan for product feature implications on overall user experience.
- Support user research collection, journey mapping, and market analysis.
- Analyze product metrics throughout the development life cycle.
- Write requirements, epics, and user stories to assist in product development.
- Build relationships with Product stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
- Experience in discovery and requirements definition.
- Developing data analytics and data literacy skills.
- Understanding of Agile software delivery.
- Teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Required Experiences:
- 3+ years in product management or a related area.
- Experience with product life cycle activities and user research.
