Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope
- Manage strategic and tactical aspects of Business Deposit Product group for Public Funds liquidity solutions.
- Oversee product lifecycle processes: ideation, development, management, and marketing.
- Conduct market assessments, develop new products and pricing strategies.
- Report on product performance and encourage continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with sales and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Required Skills
- Strong product management, design, and development skills.
- Knowledge of Treasury Solutions applications and products.
- Proficient in analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in financial services, with a focus on strategic planning and product management.
- Experience with Public Funds deposit and collateralization requirements preferred.
- Knowledge of market analysis and business planning.
