Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Develop and coordinate compliance for the organization’s functional areas.
- Review and interpret new laws and regulations affecting company practices.
- Assist staff in developing or revising compliance-related documents.
- Ensure products and services comply with applicable laws.
- Liaison between corporate and assigned groups regarding compliance matters.
- Deliver compliance training to operational employees.
Required Skills
- Expert knowledge of compliance policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, customer service, and management skills.
- Advanced knowledge in a relevant professional field.
Required Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6+ years of experience in compliance-related roles, including managerial experience.
- A combination of education and experience may fulfill requirements.
