Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scopes
- Solve customer cases via telephone, email, and chat using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Drive initiatives to improve support processes and customer experience (tutorials, technical articles, etc.).
- Provide feedback to internal teams on service enhancements and tackle complex customer problems.
- Continuously learn new technologies and mentor/coaching new team members.
- Flexibility to work on a rotational basis, including weekends.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in networking and operating system (Linux and/or Windows) troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Scripting or development skills in languages such as Python, R, Ruby, GO, Java, .NET, JavaScript.
- Understanding of video streaming, storage protocols, and information security best practices.
- Effective English communication skills in technical and business settings.

Required Experiences
- 3+ years of network and operating system support experience.
- 3+ years of CI/CD experience.
- 3+ years of information security and compliance experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent, or 3+ years of technical support experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant professional experience in Engineering/Computer Science/Mathematics or equivalent military experience.
