Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Define analytics roadmap and align projects with business goals.
- Identify KPIs and improve channel mix and user onboarding.
- Evaluate marketing efficacy and develop dashboards for real-time campaign insights.
- Conduct A/B tests and deep customer analytics.
- Collaborate with teams for data tagging and user tracking.
Required Skills:
- Data analysis and visualization proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical partners.
- Proficient in SQL; Python or R is a plus.
- Understanding of statistical concepts and A/B testing.
Required Experiences:
- 4+ years in banking, fintech, adtech, or consulting.
- 4+ years in data analysis and visualization.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
