Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Manage multiple teams to achieve established goals and conduct personnel duties.
- Lead teams in analyzing internal and external data systems.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through standard adherence and code reviews.
- Mentor technical teams and manage technical risks.
- Drive compliance with laws, policies, and ethical standards.
Required Skills:
- Data engineering and automation of data pipelines.
- Proficiency in data modeling, information architecture, and database design.
- Knowledge of Java, data APIs, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka).
- Strong understanding of relational & NoSQL databases and BI workflows.
- Experience with AI and machine learning data toolkits.
Required Experiences:
- 15+ years in data engineering and automation.
- Experience managing global technology teams.
- Background in large-scale data warehousing and analytics projects.
- Financial industry experience in risk management is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
