Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Manage a team for data and technology requests, complex reporting, and analysis.
- Oversee analysis of portfolio trends and development of reporting for risk management.
- Act as liaison between data, technology, and reporting teams.
- Ensure effective database production and performance reporting for management.
- Lead strategic efforts to address data quality issues and compliance with standards.
Required Skills
- Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of risk management practices and policies.
- Proficiency in business analytical and visualization tools.
- Database and programming skills (SAS, SQL, R, Python) are a plus.
Required Experiences
- 10+ years in the financial services industry, focusing on consumer/small business lending.
- 5-10 years in First Mortgage or Home Equity lending with credit risk oversight.
- Experience in residential real estate appraisal or valuation.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in finance, statistics, or quantitative discipline preferred.
