Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Serve as data lead for the Client Product Squad, focusing on data pipelines and business data analysis.
- Lead cross-functional analytics meetings and keep stakeholders updated on OKRs and experiment outcomes.
- Build pipelines to extract and transform clinical, member, and claims data.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Team to develop impactful reports and analyses.
- Operate within an agile framework to prioritize projects effectively.
Required Skills
- Proficient in data science and visualization tools (SQL, R, Python).
- Strong programming abilities and experience in statistical and quantitative modeling.
- Advanced understanding of data storage, ETL frameworks, and validation.
- Experience in building BI dashboards (Looker, Tableau).
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Required Experiences
- 7+ years in Healthcare Analytics or Data Science with large datasets.
- 5+ years using data science and visualization tools.
- Experience leading cross-functional efforts and building scalable data systems.
- Familiarity with healthcare startup environments and Generative AI concepts is a plus.
