Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scopes
- Manage risk activities for the Equipment Finance department in line with Risk Appetite and Corporate Strategy.
- Facilitate communication between the Equipment Finance and Risk Management departments.
- Oversee issues management, including corrective actions and internal controls.
- Participate in risk identification, assessment processes, and training.
- Establish departmental goals and manage performance and development of staff.

Required Skills
- Advanced knowledge of operational and enterprise risk management.
- Strong collaboration and organizational awareness.
- Ability to track and coordinate complex processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree with 4 years or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years in Enterprise Risk or Operational Risk.
- Preferred: Commercial Banking and Vendor Equipment Finance experience; Risk Management Certifications (e.g., CRM, CERA, PRM).
