Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Utilize Clarity for project schedules, resource assignment, and budget management.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for various audiences.
- Monitor and communicate project progress, managing cost, schedule, scope, quality, and risks.
- Provide leadership and foster collaboration between technical and business teams.
- Ensure project adherence to SUITE PMM and SEM methodologies.
- Facilitate Change Management processes and create Corrective Action Plans as needed.
Required Skills
- IT project management expertise and knowledge of industry best practices.
- Proficiency in using project portfolio management systems (e.g., Clarity).
- Good working knowledge of MS Project.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
Required Experiences
- 4 years in IT project management.
- 3 years delivering projects on time and budget.
- 3 years in establishing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, and change logs.
- 3 years developing and delivering project status reports.
- 2 years experience with MS Project.
