Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Achieve sales goals and quotas in assigned territory.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Manage opportunity funnel and forecasting.
- Conduct joint visits with distributor sales reps.
- Represent the company at tradeshows and professional activities.
- Maintain knowledge of competitive products.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Business acumen for various decision-making levels.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree (BSEE or BSME preferred) or relevant experience.
- 7+ years in outside sales with a proven sales track record.
- Experience in industrial automation and working with distribution.
