Job Summary:

1. Job Duties and Scope:
- Maintain and administer IT resources (databases, servers, cloud infrastructure).
- Interact with team members for technical support and user requests.
- Create reports, manage software/hardware improvements, and troubleshoot issues.
- Administer Microsoft SQL Server and database security.
- Collaborate with development teams; assist in disaster recovery planning.

2. Required Skills:
- Database administration and Microsoft SQL Server proficiency.
- Technical knowledge of networking protocols and Azure.
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, etc.).
- Strong analytical, customer service, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with security best practices.

3. Required Experiences:
- Associate degree in Computer Science or 4 years in IT.
- 2 years as a database or system administrator.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with data management and SOC2/CIS security controls.
- Knowledge of Salesforce administration is a plus.
