Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Support project management team in managing scope, time, cost, quality, communications, risk, procurement, and budgets.
- Undertake project file management and general administrative duties (correspondence, reports, scheduling meetings, taking minutes).
- Assist in managing project stakeholders, generating invoices, and preparing cashflow and cost control plans.
Required Skills:
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
Required Experiences:
- Minimum 1 year as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator in consulting or construction industries.
