Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Manage billing and subcontractor payables for projects.
- Maintain electronic project folders with contract info, budgets, and purchase orders.
- Prepare AIA billings and process job-related accounts payable (AP).
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and communicate with management.
- Participate in turnover meetings and monthly project reviews.
