Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Manage USTA Community Tennis consumer web experience.
- Optimize user experience across digital platforms (web and mobile).
- Collaborate with design, marketing, technology, and content teams.
- Leverage data analytics to monitor and evaluate web experience.
- Develop and maintain the digital experience roadmap.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of digital marketing and user experience design.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end digital operations.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Basic understanding of tennis is a plus.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years in web product management or digital operations.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and agencies.
- Background in e-commerce or consumer-focused industries preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
