Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Support development and execution of Reputation and Strategic Risk Management program.
- Lead project management efforts and coordinate Reputation and Risk Management activities.
- Research reputation and strategic risk developments in the financial sector.
- Assist in governance structure and annual updates of policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report audit, regulatory, and self-identified issues.
Required Skills:
- Strong project and process management skills.
- Proven experience in risk management functions within financial institutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with GRC software packages (e.g., Archer, MetricStream).
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years in a corporate setting; 6 years in risk management/banking.
- 3 years of experience using MS Office.
