Job Summary:

1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Lead engineering functions across all disciplines at the Front Royal facility.
- Develop teams to enhance operational performance, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for equipment and facilities initiatives.
- Manage risk mitigation activities for safety compliance and operational readiness.
- Oversee Site Engineering and Capital budget allocation and execution.

2. Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of PSM and safety system implementation in hazardous environments.
- Proficiency in capital budgeting and financial management.
- Familiarity with SAP or large-scale MRP systems.

3. Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of engineering leadership experience.
- Experience in managing large-scale expansion and improvement projects.
