Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Coordinate with internal/external parties and document requirements.
- Support Product Owners/Managers and facilitate meetings.
- Manage project delivery and ensure ticket triage.
Required Skills:
- Strong systems thinking and organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in JIRA and MS Office (especially Excel); AEM experience is a plus.
Required Experiences:
- Minimum 5 years in a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Digital Media, E-Commerce, or relevant field.
- Experience in managing digital marketing and eCommerce sites.
