Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Lead and supervise Field Service Representatives
- Manage activities at customer locations and Amherst-based lab
- Provide JTE support and prepare reports
- Interface with customer leadership for system support
- Drive decisions and recommendations
- Mentor team members and ensure compliance with policies
Required Skills:

- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Customer service orientation
- Technical expertise in Electronic Warfare systems
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of related experience
- Military training and experience in technical fields
- Supervisory experience in maintenance or operations environments
