Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Coordinate with internal/external parties, clients, and agency partners.
- Document requirements including business rules, technical integrations, and functional specs.
- Support Product Owners/Managers with organized, efficient delivery.
- Facilitate meetings for design, requirements gathering, and project delivery.
- Review and triage ticket queues for project management.
Required Skills:
- Systems thinking and cross-workstream connectivity.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Above average verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in JIRA and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Problem-solving and solution-creation abilities.
Required Experience:
- 5 years of experience in technology, digital media, eCommerce, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with AEM and automotive industry preferred.
