Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Lead the PLG design team to drive user acquisition, engagement, and monetization for Adobe Express.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Research teams to optimize design strategies.
- Mentor team members, fostering growth and guiding them through challenges.
- Advocate for user-driven design decisions based on research and insights.
- Communicate design strategies and concepts effectively to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and UX/UI methodologies.
- Proficiency in using data and research to inform design decisions.

Required Experiences:
- Proven experience managing design teams at the Director level or above, focusing on growth initiatives.
- History of driving exponential increases in monthly active users (MAU) and revenue.
- Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizational structures.
- Background in iterative product design projects.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
