Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scope
- Develop, execute, manage, and report on paid media strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and growth.
- Optimize digital marketing accounts across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.).
- Troubleshoot client issues and implement landing page optimization tests.
- Stay updated on industry trends and support training initiatives.

Required Skills
- Expertise in performance paid media principles (keyword targeting, audience segmentation, etc.).
- Advanced analytical and research skills; data- and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

Required Experience
- 3+ years in paid media campaign management.
- 2+ years with Google Analytics or comparable analytics platforms.
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels.
- Proven success in optimizing paid media campaigns to meet client goals.
