Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Execute in-house robotics services (repair, maintenance, refurbishment).
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on robots.
- Document actions in CRM and provide detailed repair reports.
- Conduct testing and calibration post-repair.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and organize repairs.
- Communicate repair status to customers and support sales activities.
- Enforce safety procedures.
Required Skills:
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
- Software and firmware installation experience.
- Proficient in reading technical documentation and prints.
- Effective communication and technical writing skills.
- Strong organizational skills (5S experience preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC usage.
Required Experiences:
- Associate degree or higher with technical experience.
- Previous experience in automation and/or robotics service preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%, or more during training.
