Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Identify key areas for improvement in service delivery workflow.
- Focus on analytics, process automation, and customer data management.
- Support team leads with reporting and analytics.
- Assist in prioritizing tasks based on analysis for leadership.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with data reporting tools like PowerBI.
- Data management experience.
- Familiarity with SQL and/or Oracle (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Required Experiences
- Enrolled in a 4-year accredited college or university (rising senior or graduate level) with a graduation date from August 2025 – May 2027.
- Available to work 40 hours per week during the 10-week program (May 30 – August 8, 2025).
