Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Lead innovation and emerging technology development and deployment.
- Assist clients in redesigning assurance and tax functions for strategic impact.
- Drive automation and data analytics integration in client processes.
- Manage communication and process improvement initiatives for service optimization.
2. Required Skills:
- Proficient in .NET development, SQL, and Agile programming methodology.
- Experience using front-end frameworks (React/Angular) and Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to coach team members.
3. Required Experiences:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in .NET development and 3 years in SQL.
- Bachelor's degree required (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in leading teams and managing enterprise-wide projects.
