Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope
- Design system architecture.
- Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend code.
- Scale platform capabilities (video, chat, API, and database).
- Integrate user-facing elements and data storage solutions.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs; propose solutions.
- Lead continuous improvement in development processes.
Required Skills
- Expertise in NodeJs ecosystem and TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6).
- Understanding of scalable system architecture and web sockets.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of Nginx, versioning tools (e.g., GitHub), and front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).
- Familiarity with video streaming technologies (WebRTC).
Required Experiences
- Over 3 years of experience with NodeJs.
- Over 5 years of experience with SQL/noSQL databases.
- Over 2 years with ReactJs/Redux.
- Relevant BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
