Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Represent FIRST brand within a Solutions account for a Financial Services company.
- Manage ticket allocations and relationships with sports and entertainment venues.
- Oversee hospitality management and assist in identifying new opportunities.
- Support full life-cycle planning for client events and manage budgets.
- Conduct administrative support for hospitality programs and vendor relationships.
Required Skills:
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with strong client management expertise.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with large databases (Cvent preferred).
- Motivated self-starter with leadership and negotiation skills.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 3-5+ years of event coordination experience in Sports and Entertainment.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems and experience in sports/entertainment venues are a plus.
- Willingness to travel globally for site visits and on-site management.
