Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scopes
- Lead and mentor a team of 1-2 junior analysts.
- Own and deliver end-to-end client projects with actionable insights.
- Develop measurement frameworks across various media channels.
- Drive optimization through advanced analytics and testing.
- Partner with cross-functional teams for campaign strategy and budget allocation.
- Design tracking solutions and create automated reporting dashboards.
- Present findings to senior stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills
- Expertise in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Proficiency in media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Advanced knowledge of tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
- Strong SQL skills and large dataset manipulation.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau).

Required Experiences
- 8+ years in digital marketing analytics.
- Proven agency experience managing analytics projects and client relations.
- Experience developing junior team members.
- Knowledge of marketing mix modeling and multi-touch attribution.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools is a plus.
