Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Coordinate efforts among internal partners, vendors, and contractors for store construction projects.
- Manage the construction process, including contracts, material orders, and permits.
- Communicate with landlords and building departments to navigate code issues.
- Perform quality checks and assist in fixture maintenance and AV rollouts.
Required Skills:
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction terminology.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and internet applications.
- Strong verbal/written communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and material take-offs.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in construction or project coordination, preferably with retail chains.
- Willingness to travel (30% of the time).
