Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope
- Organize and coordinate project management activities to ensure successful implementation within budget and on schedule.
- Manage project planning, development, scheduling, budgeting, and communication.
- Track project progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure objectives are met.
- Oversee procurement, vendor relationships, and proposal submissions to generate income.
- Conduct staff training, professional development, and manage HR activities for direct reports.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- PMP Certification preferred.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in project management or a related field.
- Seven years of experience in project management, preferably in academia.
