Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Solve customer cases via various channels, utilizing troubleshooting techniques.
- Drive initiatives to improve support processes and customer experience (e.g., tutorials, technical articles).
- Provide feedback to internal teams on service improvement.
- Continuously learn new technologies and mentor new team members.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in system administration and troubleshooting (Linux/Windows).
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing).
- Experience with scripting/development (UNIX Shell, Python, Java, etc.).
- Understanding of cloud computing and storage protocols.
Required Experiences:
- 3+ years of network and operating system support experience.
- 3+ years in CI/CD, information security, and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
