Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Primary point of contact for enterprise-level clients, managing relationships and building trust.
- Responsible for quality control of client deliverables; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee strategic planning, market research, and tactical implementation.
- Manage and mentor Account Coordinators; provide feedback and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with other Account Managers and Group Director for growth and best practices.
