Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scopes:
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of IT programs.
- Develop and implement PMO strategies and methodologies.
- Allocate resources effectively and balance team performance.
- Identify and mitigate program risks.
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide program updates.
- Ensure accurate reporting to leadership.
- Improve program management processes and tools.
- Lead and coach the program management team.
- Design and monitor department policies and procedures.

Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in program management methodologies and tools.
- Coaching and influencing abilities.
- Organizational skills.

Required Experiences:
- Proven experience in IT program management.
- Track record of managing complex programs and leading PMO functions.
- PMP or Agile certifications preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
