Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Supervise construction projects from start to finish within time and budget.
- Coordinate project activities, planning, and scheduling.
- Serve as a liaison with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct site visits and track material acquisitions.
- Generate and manage payment applications for customers and vendors.
Required Skills
- Thorough knowledge of the construction industry.
- Proven project management expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction-related software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop project plans and mitigate conflicts.
Required Experiences
- Over three (3) years in a construction project manager role.
- Alternatively, a degree or PMP certification with three (3) years of experience.
- Experience with estimating and knowledge of building products.
