Job Summary:

Job Duties:
- Manage Product Management Team Email (500-700 emails daily)
- Reconcile database and Excel files
- Prepare performance reports (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Record and distribute meeting minutes
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects
- Assist with training new hires
- Perform data entry tasks
- Calculate product bundle costs
- Write and monitor PPC advertising campaigns

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Organizational skills

Required Experiences:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Experience designing efficient processes
- Familiarity with financial reports (preferred)
