Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Develop and manage the engineering schedule for the IPS Group.
- Oversee partner/supplier schedules and performance metrics.
- Break down high-level engineering tasks into detailed activity schedules.
- Track team assignments and manage resource leveling.
- Manage detailed schedule logic tie interfaces and milestones.
- Gather status reports from design teams and update project reporting venues.
Required Skills
- Strong project management and scheduling skills.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA) is a plus.
Required Experiences
- B.S. in Engineering with 4+ years in nuclear systems design.
- Demonstrated project management experience in engineering activities, preferably in the nuclear field.
- PMP certification is strongly desired.
