Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Organize, manage, and plan complex projects for research, development, and product launch.
- Lead interdepartmental teams, outline tasks, and conduct cost analysis.
- Prepare launch plans and manage project scope and risks.
- Compile project status reports and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Act as a liaison between departments and oversee product launch activities.
2. Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in project management, agile methodologies, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Leadership and delegation abilities.
3. Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
- At least three years of related experience.
- Project management certifications (PMP, PgMP, CAPM) preferred.
