Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scopes:
- Conduct product development of prototypes and scale-ups in a pilot plant.
- Apply experimental designs and data analysis to resolve technical challenges.
- Participate in and lead product tastings.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and lead project presentations upon completion.

Required Skills:
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently or in teams.
- Strong project and task management skills.
- Proficiency in food science principles.

Required Experiences:
- Enrollment in a Food Science or related undergraduate/graduate program.
- Completion of core Food Science courses (at least one semester).
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred; must be returning to school after co-op.
