Job Duties and Scopes:
- Analyze customer interactions across platforms to inform design and product development.
- Partner with product & engineering teams to develop a long-term customer strategy.
- Build data stories and visualizations to influence decision-making.
- Mentor other data scientists and host learning sessions.
- Design and analyze A/B experiments and track business-critical metrics.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and experimentation techniques.
- Ability to communicate complex analysis simply and effectively.
- Experience with ETL pipelines and data organization.
Required Experiences:
- 4+ years in quantitative data analysis, preferably in consumer-facing products.
- Experience with clickstream data and sophisticated problem-solving.
- Background in a quantitative field (e.g., math, engineering, statistics).
