Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Assist in the timely completion of assigned tasks across various departments: Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Surety, Placement, and Claims.
- Learn about risk management and insurance brokerage cycles, including marketing risks and managing service requests.
- Develop relationships with clients and team members through professional communication and high service advocacy.
Required Skills
- Strong organization and administrative skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and active listening abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required Experiences
- Must be enrolled in a business program at an accredited university, graduating in May 2026 or December 2025 (preferably in Insurance and Risk Management).
- Prior customer support experience preferred; must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
