Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scope:
- Identify key areas of improvement in service delivery.
- Evaluate service delivery workflows and propose improvement plans.
- Focus on analytics to streamline service delivery and customer data management.
- Support reporting and analytics for task tracking.
2. Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel heavy).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Bira).
- Data management and basic SQL/Oracle knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Required Experiences:
- Enrollment in a 4-year accredited college, preferably a rising senior or graduate student.
- Graduation date between August 2025 – May 2027.
- Ability to commit 40 hours per week during the 10-week internship.
