Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scope:
- Manage movement, distribution, and storage of materials and equipment.
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain an accurate inventory of property.
- Inspect property for safety policy compliance and manage property staff.
- Plan and manage projects, resolving property issues as needed.

Required Skills:
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Problem resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of property management standards.

Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 10 years of equivalent experience.
- 5 years of property and logistics management experience.
- Relevant overseas property management and government contract experience preferred.
