Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Coordinate and manage work of contractors and engineering consultants.
- Monitor construction activities for compliance with design and schedule.
- Prepare documentation for tendering and evaluate bid packages.
- Conduct inspections and prepare construction reports.
- Track project costs and provide monthly forecasts.
- Participate in technical due diligence and M&A activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Time management and multitasking proficiency.
- Familiarity with construction techniques and contract administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Experiences:
- Minimum of three (3) years in engineering/project management.
- Experience in hydropower, wind, solar, or power generation.
- Field experience related to occupational health and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations.
